What an absolute gem of a place! I loved relaxing in the beautiful garden area with its comfy loungers and stunning views. The cozy seating made it feel like home. The only hiccup was the outlets being a bit loose, which made charging my devices tricky, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😄

Charming stay with good touches
We enjoyed a fine room with amazing views and charming decor. The staff were warm and cute, offering great tea service at any hour, and breakfast included a lovely variety.
The restaurant menu was limited, and we found ourselves needing to venture out for dinner after one unsatisfactory meal. One early morning, loud neighbors interrupted our rest.

The meals in the restaurant were delicious and a full breakfast was provided.
The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, especially early in the morning. I found myself waking up at 4 am more than once due to loud knocks and footsteps. The location, while beautiful, involved a significant uphill trek to get to the center of Cusco, which became exhausting quickly.

The street noise was unbearable and my sleep was ruined. Quite inconsiderate from a hotel of this caliber. After I dealt with some serious billing issues, a complimentary breakfast would've been a nice touch, but I guess that's too much to ask. Almost thought of giving a decent review, but just couldn't.
